Refund Policy

Saved Garden membership can be cancelled anytime. Refunds follow the published Monthly launch policy.

1. Monthly membership cancellation

Saved Garden membership launches as Monthly at $4/mo. You can cancel anytime, and access continues through the current billing period.

Cancellation does not create prorated refunds for partial months after cancellation.

2. Refund window

A user's first payment has a 14-day full refund window. Refund requests can be sent to support with the account email involved.

3. Billing errors

Pomoseed refunds duplicate charges, billing errors, and cases where paid access was not delivered.

Refunds may remove Saved Garden membership access when the refunded payment no longer grants a paid billing period.
