Terms of Service

These terms cover the free anonymous timer, account sign-in, and any features Pomoseed makes available.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

Effective date: June 1, 2026. By using Pomoseed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Pomoseed only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally allowed to use the service where you live.

2. Service description

Pomoseed provides a focus timer, browser-local chore list, calming sound controls, current-visit progress surfaces, account sign-in, and Saved Garden membership.

The free timer is available without login. Anonymous use does not save completed productivity history to Pomoseed account storage.

3. Accounts

Sign-in may be used for account-related actions made available by Pomoseed.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for any activity under your account unless the activity was caused by Pomoseed's failure to use reasonable security measures.

4. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Saved Garden membership launches as Monthly at $4/mo. It renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period after cancellation.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation. A user's first payment has a 14-day full refund window. Pomoseed also refunds duplicate charges, billing errors, or cases where paid access was not delivered.

Checkout and billing may be handled by a payment provider. Your payment provider may apply separate terms and privacy notices.

5. Your content and product data

You keep ownership of task labels, chores, settings, and other content you enter into Pomoseed.

When you use a Pomoseed feature that stores content, you grant Pomoseed the limited permission needed to host, process, display, export, delete, secure, and troubleshoot that content for the service.

6. Acceptable use

Use Pomoseed for lawful personal productivity and reflection. Do not misuse account, billing, export, analytics, support, security, or service surfaces.

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, upload harmful code, violate others' rights, or use Pomoseed for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

7. Third-party services

Pomoseed may rely on third-party services for hosting, sign-in, analytics, payments, support, security, and audio licensing. Those services may be subject to separate terms, policies, availability limits, and provider changes.

Pomoseed is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, but evaluates provider terms and data handling for service providers it uses.

8. No professional advice

Pomoseed is a productivity tool. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or judgment.

ADHD-friendly or focus-related wording describes product design intent, not a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or guaranteed productivity outcome.

9. Intellectual property

Pomoseed and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Pomoseed or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pomoseed intellectual property to you.

You may use Pomoseed only as allowed by these Terms and by the product's intended interfaces.

10. Disclaimers and service changes

Pomoseed is provided as is and as available. External providers, audio assets, infrastructure, and available features may change.

Pomoseed may change, pause, or discontinue features. Material service changes will be communicated when required.

11. Liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pomoseed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost productivity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under local consumer law.

12. Suspension, disputes, and contact

Pomoseed may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or use the service unlawfully.

Contact Pomoseed at support@pomoseed.com. Governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, and company identity details will be posted when required. Updated terms should be posted on this page with a new effective date.
